Fun Fact Friday- Food by the Numbers (Chef Mickey’s)

Chef Mickey’s is very popular dining location.  Located in the Contemporary resort, it is just one monorail stop away from the Magic Kingdom, and add in Mickey and Pals for character dining, and ALL YOU CAN eat dining, it’s no wonder the reservations for this location are snatched up so quickly!  (If you want to go be sure to get your advanced dining reservation!  Reservations open up 180 days prior.)

1600 Mickey Waffles

1500 Pancakes

30 Day Disney Challenge- Day 28 “Favorite Disney Sidekick”

Confessions of a Mouskaholic's 30 Day Disney Challenge

Confessions of a Mouskaholic’s 30 Day Disney Challenge

Disney movies always have memorable main characters, but the movies just wouldn’t be the same without the faithful side kicks.  Side kicks come in all shapes and sizes, and both accompany the good guys as well as the bad guys.  I will pick one from each side, both Good and Bad 🙂

Bad Guy Side Kick- Pain and Panic from Hercules.  These two are the comical side kicks to Hades in the movie Hercules.  They’re clumsy, masters of transformation, and just all around funny!

Good Guy Side Kick- Pascal from Tangled. He is a good friend to Rapunzel while she is locked in her tower, and since he doesn’t talk he is fantastic with his facial expressions and his physical comedy!

30 Day Disney Challenge- Day 9 “Favorite Character to Meet

Confessions of a Mouskaholic's 30 Day Disney Challenge

Confessions of a Mouskaholic’s 30 Day Disney Challenge

Alright, Day 9,  and my favorite Disney Character to Meet.  I am going to break this one into two categories- Animated Characters, and Face Characters (Just because interacting with the two are quite different.)

So first, my favorite animated character to meet is Tigger!  He has been my favorite since I was little!  He’s so fun to meet (I’ve met him both at Crystal Palace, and in the park).  I love him so much that for my first Marathon ever (at Disney of course) I dressed up at Tigger!  I was so proud to get a picture with him and my marathon medal the following day! (And our course I can’t find the picture… MEH!!!!)

So in the other category, “Face Characters”-  it is definitely Mary Poppins!  She is so fun to interact with!  I’ve met her at both the Magic Kingdom (by the carousel) and at Epcot (in the United Kingdom).  During my last trip I asked her if I could take a “selfie” with her, and she didn’t miss a beat!  Her response was “Is that like a self portrait?  I have never heard of a selfie.”  I love the movie, and I love Mary Poppins (never just Mary)
