One of my favorite ways to beat the Disney Blues (a prolonged period of time without a Disney trip) is to listen to music from the Disney parks on YouTube. The last two Monday’s I’ve featured music from the parks (Illuminations soundtrack, and the Magic Kingdom Entrance loop). Today’s selection comes from The Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion at Epcot. To me this is one of the most relaxing tracks to listen to. It’s very peaceful, and when I close my eyes I can picture myself in that pavilion watching the fish swim in the grand aquarium.
Prior to the pavilion being called “The Seas with Nemo and Friends” the pavilion was called “The Living Seas” and it also has a very calming soundtrack.
I have come home several times to find my husband (who works from home) listening to one of these loops as he works. These two tracks provide easy listening while getting you in a Disney mood 🙂

Today is the day to register for RunDisney’s Wine and Dine Half Marathon! The race weekend starts with the Fall Feast 5k on Friday November 3rd, continues with the Wine and Dine 10k on Saturday November 4th, and concludes with the Wine and Dine Half marathon on Sunday November 5th.
If you participate in both the 10k on Saturday and the half marathon on Sunday and run all 19.3 miles you’ll complete the “Two Course Challenge” and earn a third medal for doing both races.
These races are a bit pricey, but there is nothing like a Disney race as far as entertainment and quality. The medals are exceptionally beautiful, and everyone is treated like a world class runner.

Today’s music is a fun loop that will really get you in the Disney spirit! This upbeat selection is the entrance loop from the Magic Kingdom. The loop is about an hour long and really make you feel like you’re “leaving today, and entering the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.”

This is probably one of the most famous quotes by Walt Disney, and one of my all time favorites-
“I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing- that it was all started by a mouse.”
To me this quote is a symbol and a beacon of what Disney is. There is SO much that goes on at Disney on a daily basis. So much to see and do, but don’t lose sight of the fact that it was all started by a mouse, something small. It’s not always about the large moments, sometimes it’s about the small things.
One of the questions that I am asked often is what 3 fast passes to select. The Magic Kingdom has the widest selection of fast passes to choose from. There are rides, attractions, and parades and the combinations are seemingly endless.
So if my husband and I only have 1 day to spend at the Magic Kingdom our 3 fast passes are
These selections are made based on rides that are not only our favorites, but ones that consistently have longer lines. I also choose these as my 3 because we don’t have children, all three of these have height restrictions that we don’t have to worry about as adults. (Next week I will follow up with suggestions if you do have littles!)

Today’s Musical Monday selection is from the group “Voctave.” I have written about them several times (because they’re AMAZING!!!!). This video is an a cappella arrangement of the “Stampede” scene from the musical the Lion King. I got chills several times as I watched this! Wow wow wow! Enjoy!
