Favorite Disney related YouTube Videos

Hello Mouskaholics- Happy Monday!

I love nothing more than killing free time (or time that I should be doing important things) than by watching videos on YouTube… I mean come on, YouTube has been around for 10 years now, and you’d be lying if you’d said you’d never looked up your favorite YouTuber now and then 🙂  With that being said, here are some of my all time favorite Disney related YouTube videos!  Hope you enjoy (sorry that Nick Pitera and Todrick Hall are one here more than once… they’re just THAT GOOD!)

“Disney Dudez”

“Ever Ever After”

“One Man Disney Movie”

“Nick Pitera- This is Halloween”

“90’s Disney”

“Disney and Pixar Sings- Let it Go”

“Beauty and the Beat- Todrick Hall”

Words of Walt- Working together

“The whole thing here is the organization.  Whatever we accomplish belongs to our entire group, a tribute to our combined effort.  Look at Disneyland.  That was started because we had the talents to start it, the talents of the organization.  And our World’s Fair shows- what we did was possible only because we already had the staff that had worked together for years, blending creative ideas with technical know-how.”

Walt knew the importance of hiring the best and the brightest.  He knew that it would take team work to develop a fantastic movie, or a theme park.  He knew that an organization was only a strong as it’s weakest link.  I think that is so evident in their business model and in the practices within the parks.

Thanks Uncle Walt

Tuesday’s Tip- Rider Switch

Are you traveling to Disney with younger children?  Do you still want to ride some of your favorite rides?  Disney offers a Rider Switch program that allows parents to take turns riding while the other stays with the child or children who are too short to ride!

My best friend and her family were able to take advantage of the Rider Swap this past summer when they traveled with their two sons (Eric and Katie= Parents, Micah was 4 and a half at the time, and Jacob was 1 year old) So we will use the Duncan family as our example!

Micah had JUST met the height requirement for Star Tours and as a budding Star Wars fan he was super excited to ride.  What to do with his one year old brother… that was the question.

When they got to their turn in line they simply took advantage of the Rider Swap program.  Micah and Eric  rode Star Tours while Katie and Jacob stayed behind.  Then Eric was able to take Jacob, and Micah and Katie were able to ride Star Tours.  Micah LOVED it because he got to ride it twice!

Here is how Disney outlines “How to Use Rider Switch”
